One of my favorite meals with my family is pasta. We all love it, it is super easy to make and very affordable. My very picky 3 year old loves it and since he doesn’t like a lot of things, I may pastas a lot since I know he will eat it. I will say though that I am not very creative and I don’t do much other than add jar pasta sauce, some meat, and some garlic bread!
For a pasta website, Barrilla sure offers a lot from Recipes to Cooking Italian to tips and contests! Well now thanks to Barilla I have a website to check out to get some ideas! There recipes are broken down into sections like: Every Day, Kid Friendly, Make Ahead, Quick & Easy, Special Occasions and more! There is a picture of the recipe, ingredients, instructions, reviews, and it breaks it down on the side over time and servings. It really makes cooking with Barilla look so easy! I have already emailed myself a few recipes that I want to check out and I even emailed one to my mom so far! The best part is the recipes that I have checked out so far are normal recipes that don’t contain strange ingredients I have never heard of, most of the recipes I even had almost everything already!
Barilla even has a Share The Table section that includes Celebrity Tips, Contests, a Community section, even a Placemat Creator for kids! Right now if you visit the Share The Table section you can click a button which for every click, Barilla will donate $1 to Meals on Wheels Association of America. (It is just 1 click, no signing up for anything either)
I am still in awe over how much the Barilla pasta website has to offer that I am still browsing and drooling especially over the recipe pictures!
Mama’s Money Savers Disclosure: I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Barilla and received products necessary to facilitate my candid review.
