    There are games to be played and fun to be had in this all-new collection of tales on DVD from Thomas and his friends on the Island of Sodor!  Thomas and his railway friends have been embarking on exciting adventures for over 65 years.  The good times continue with the CG animated Thomas & Friends™: Pop Goes Thomas. Whether bringing goodies to a picnic, playing hide and seek or just getting your chores done, Thomas continues to teach timeless life lessons such as discovery, friendship and cooperation, inviting children to enter a world of imagination through the tracks of a train and the words of a story.  The program also features favorite live action host Driver Perkins, who can be seen only on the DVD!

    Thomas is bubbling with excitement as he delivers special cargo to the picnic extravaganza!  His friend Percy joins in on the fun for a game of Hide and Seek and Emily goes full steam ahead to cheer on the Sodor soccer team!   Join Thomas and your favorite engine friends as they explore the sights and delights of Sodor in these exciting episodes.

    MY THOUGHTS:

    This Thomas & Friends DVD is full of excitement and springtime.  The DVD features four episodes in the new CGI animation.  My boys were hooked from the first episode which features Thomas carrying Lemonade quarts.  Thomas realizes when he goes on bumpy tracks a fun popping noise happens.  He doesn’t realize that it is actually the corks from the Lemonade and it is actually making quite a mess around town.  I think this teaches a great lesson that just because something is fun doesn’t mean it is okay to do.  The other Thomas & Friends episodes are just as fun and perfect to get kids in the mood to go outside!  With the crazy weather we have been having it was nice to see some outside fun going on!  This DVD is perfect for old or new Thomas fans!
