I am all about dips. I seriously could eat dips all summer and I love experimenting with different dips. I tried a dip last year at a party that someone brought and when I got the recipe from my friend, I decided to tweak it to my family’s tastes. The big thing for me is I hate mayonnaise so I substituted sour cream for it and it tastes perfect to me!
Ingredients:
- 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced finely
Recipe:
- Mix everything together.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with Fritos, pretzels or crackers.

I have never had this before have never saw any where before. This is very simple I think I will make a 1/2 recipe. Its just me and I always have frozen corn for a little or a lot.

Oh my longing taste buds cannot wait to have this delicious dip and all of those tasty dippers to past these lips!! I have to have dips at most of my gatherings. Hot or cold! It makes no difference to me! This dip sounds yummy either way it’s made.
I love Hellman’s mayonnaise- not salad dressing. There is a taste difference.
I guess it doesn’t matter, but are the peppers sweet or hot 🥵 I shared on Facebook. I didn’t know where the Pinterest button was. Thank you for sharing!
