I never realized how important good shoes were until I got older. I remember wearing the cheapest shoes and the most stylish but uncomfortable ones. Now I look for good support, foam, easy on and off and if I am lucky the style looks good. Now that I am walking more and going to the gym I found I am wearing down my shoes faster.
