    Chuck E. Cheese Introduces New Pizza Recipe

    In an effort to continue to deliver great pizza expected of a leader in family entertainment, Chuck E. Cheese has undergone a pizza makeover.

    The new pizza features fresh, never-frozen dough, a crispier crust, fresh vegetables and 100-percent natural mozzarella cheese, freshly grated in Chuck E. Cheese’s kitchens every day. Together, these ingredients make a “much-kneaded” recipe for a cheesier, crispier, tastier version of the childhood favorite – no matter how you slice it!

    MY THOUGHTS:

    Probably every few months (if not more) we head over to Chuck E. Cheese’s as a special treat for my boys.  With coupons from the newspaper or Chuck E. Cheese website and the Reward Calendars for tokens, we can usually get a nice family meal and night of gameplay for a great price.  The Reward Calendars offer each child ten tokens for doing something for two weeks, such as Potty Training, Homework and more!  There are also tokens for good grades but my boys don’t get report cards yet so we haven’t taken advantage of that.

    I admit I really like the Chuck E. Cheese pizza and they also have a great salad bar (which you can get an unlimited plate for!)  I liked the previous version of pizza, but love that Chuck E. Cheese has taken the initiative to formulate a new recipe to stay up with changing tastes of both parents and children.  I had no clue that the previous pizza recipe had a blend of frozen ingredients and I applaud Chuck E. Cheese for taking the initiative to make a better and fresher pizza.

    So I packed up my boys and my parents and we headed to Chuck E. Cheese for a visit.  I honestly didn’t taste a difference but then again I have always liked their pizza.  My parents though who usually dread going with us because they didn’t like the pizza, loved the new recipe!  My mom actually said she wouldn’t mind coming back sooner!

    My favorite part though of Chuck E. Cheese is that every attraction is only one token!  We have been to other family entertainment places and the games and rides cost anywhere from one to four tokens each.  The problem with games costing more than one token is my boys will put a token in and when the game doesn’t start they just walk away, wasting the token.  So I love Chuck E. Cheese for that reason, not to mention their yummy food, great coupons, and fun atmosphere.  As a safety measure they also stamp each family’s hands so a child cannot leave without a matching parent’s stamped hand!  Other than token games and small kiddie rides, there is also a small free play gym area usually at Chuck E. Cheese (at least there is at the ones by us.)

    Overall, I highly recommend visiting Chuck E. Cheese especially if you didn’t like their pizza before since it is now new and improved!

    We got the Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Cake just because it was so GOOD – it wasn’t their birthday!  (It’s made with Hershey’s!)

      We took my grandson to Chuck E. Cheese for his 2nd birthday and we were there for 4 hours watching him ride the rides and playing the games with him. He keeps asking when we can go back. This would be a great win for us.

      I have an uncle with 4 boys. They range from ages 14-19. Abou the first 10 birthdays of each of these boy’s lives were celebrated at Chuck E Cheese. MANY good memories at that place and their salad bar is the BEST!

      My most memorable Chuck E Cheese memory was when i went to Chuck E Cheese when i was IN LABOR! I went to the hospital in pre labor and the doctor wouldnt admit me to the hospital yet and I did not want to go all the way home (I live an hour and a half away from the hospital), so I went to Chuck E Cheese with my younger brother and waitied until I was able to be admitted to the hospital.

      Remember when it was ShowBiz too? They had the automated animal band. I thought that was SO great. Wish it was still like that. Love going still even if we just get a pizza and play skee ball. 🙂 Haven’t been in forever but seeing that pizza makes me hungry!

      We’ve never been! I know it sounds sad, but we can’t afford it. In a way it’s ok, my kids are young so they will just appreciate it more when we go.

      The best moment we had at Chuck E. Cheese was when my daughter was about 2. She loved it so much that when it was time to get ready to go she went up in the play tubes that were hanging from the ceiling and wouldn’t come out. We had to send an employee up to get her so we could leave. After that we knew Chuck E. Cheese was a winner with her!

      When I was little, Chuck E Cheeses and DZ Discovery Zone seemed to be in a competition. My brother’s 5th birthday party was held at Chuck E Cheeses! I was only 6, so I don’t remember much, but I do like their pizza!

      When my son was 4 he wanted a ChuckeCheese party, but got pnemonia and his party didn’t happen. When he was 5, he wanted a ChuckeCheese party but we had to do “the family thing”…you know how it is! This year he is 6, and we ARE having a ChuckeCheese party! Since he was 4 his interests have changed from cars, to pirates, to fire engines and recently to motorcycles. How awesome it is that there is a place that is so perfect for kids parties that it is STILL on the TOP of his wish list after 3 years!!

      MANDATORY ENTRY: What I ‘LIKE’ about Chuck E. Cheese is their security system to keep kids safe. I like how they stamp an entire family with the SAME numbers on their hands and they check everyone when any child leaves the premisise.

      My favorite memory from Chuck E. Cheese would probably be from my 5th birthday. My friends and I (with parent accompaniment of course) went to Chuck E. Cheese after my soccer game, and I got to play all the arcade games that they had there. I remember that I was estatic for finally beating the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle arcade game for the first time ever. After that I went to go watch the little skit that they do with the animatronics on stage, and finally ate my pizza/birthday cake with my friends. I always loved going to Chuck E. Cheese to watch the animatronics dance/sing when I was little! 😀

      I enjoy chucky cheese becuase the game are still one token and for about $40 you can have a hour or so of fun with the little ones. So many play places have closed

      We go to Chuck E. Cheese not long after they open when school is in session–it makes it MUCH easier for the little kids to enjoy. The manager at our Chuck E. Cheese is so sweet; he’s always handing bunches of tickets out to the little kids, and their eyes just light up. The staff there taught our nephew the best way to win at some of the games, so now he thinks he’s a professional gamer. So much fun!

      My favorite thing about CEC is seeing my kids have fun and enjoy the games. My daughter hit the jackpot on a game one time (the monopoly one where the lights go around) and the look on her face was priceless as she watched all those tickets come out.

      we lived too far away from CEC growing up to ahev a party at one, but it seemed like EVERY time we were eating at one it was some kid’s birthday – my main memory of CEC is being jealous that we couldn’t ahve our bdays there or attend a party there!
