Avocados From Mexico Kid Contest!

Avocados are one of my favorite fruits (yup it’s a fruit) and I am slowly getting my kids to like it too.  I mean its green so what kid wouldn’t like it!  Avocados packs potassium, fiber, folate, vitamin C, E and B-complex vitamins that support memory and brain function.  So they are perfect for growing kids development and overall growth. 

Well now through December 4^th, Avocados from Mexico is hosting a video contest for parents of children ages 5-15, the Mini Chef Video Contest.  Parents need to submit a 1-3 minute video of their children/child preparing an avocado dish (and include why they love avocados and the catch Avocados form Mexico jungle from their website.)  Videos will be judged on the Mini Chef’s personality and the presence of avocados. 

One grand prize winner will receive $1,000 in cash plus an HD camcorder, a Nintendo 3D, 2 games and a personalized Mini Chef jacket.  Nine runners up will win too – a HD camcorder, a Nintendo 3D and a personalized Mini Chef jacket.

On December 6^th the top 10 finalists will be posted and public voting will take place on YouTube from December 6-11.  The video with the most Likes wins and will be posted on the website December 12^th.
