It seems like everyday I either get a credit card bill or credit card offers. I am amazed at how many my husband and I get that I can only imagine how hard it would be for people who have a tough time as it is with money to get all of these. I mean when I was first starting to establish my credit, I applied for every credit card there was! I had low limits to start off on them all, but I was well on way to credit card heaven, or so I thought.
Now I did do reseach on what the best credit cards were and I was picky over what the rates and such were, but I did over-apply. It was just so tempting, they were all over the campus offering blankets, water bottles, and t-shirts for signing up for credit cards. Luckily now, I hear the companies can’t do that anymore. I do admit though I was always very good with paying my bills on time, and if I did carry a balance it was more that the minimum due.
Now I think it is funny because I am starting to get offers for small business credit cards for Mama’s Money Savers! Okay if I my blog ever gets big enough that I need a credit card, I will buy everyone a drink!
This post is brought to you by my friends at Billshrink.com and Mama’s Money Savers.

Isn’t is amazing how the banks have rebounded from the recent Credit Card legislation that was supposed to protect the consumers. Now they are back pushing their cards like it was 2007 all over again. Oh well, just keep all those pre-approved letters, roll them up and use them in the fireplace for heat next winter.
