    Ever since I started reviewing the Verizon Xyboard with 4G LTE Service and Mobile Hotspot, I have become dependent on my them. Before I had them, I didn’t see the value and now its become something I use almost daily. I always thought that since I am a stay at home mom that I didn’t need to pay for a data plan (hence me not having one on my cellphone) and while I still don’t need one, it makes life a lot easier! I can now work anywhere and the best part is: I can share my internet connection with my friends and family via a WiFi Hotspot!

    Well I don’t have a Xyboard to giveaway, but I do have a Verizon Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot to giveaway! This is similar to the Hotspot I use but it is a separate dedicated device offered from Verizon! It costs only $20 a month and connects up to ten WiFi enabled devices to the Internet (perfect for families too!) Family members can connect all their WiFi capable devices in the car or just out. Traveling coworkers can share a connection while waiting at an airport. The possibilities are endless!The Jetpack provides the best battery life compared to a Mobile Hotspot on a Smartphone.       It’s obviously not easy, and I’d guess that most of the enhanced features are designed to help address issues

      Verizon Jetpack™ 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot 890L: This device has a serious flaw. The device said that I downloaded 60 Gigabytes of data in one day and I only have one computer. While the Verizon techs agreed that this was impossible, Verizon still made me pay $545.00 in overage fees for that day and would not repair or replace the device. I have not turned the device on again since. Do not under any circumstances buy this device or it could cost you a fortune.

      I would use the HotSpot for my laptop and my phone when im away from home, to conserve battery life.

      I just started a masters online program as well as a job that requires me to work the graveyard shift and it would be so wonderful to have a hotspot to work on my homework on my kindle.

      This would be great – I’d be able to do work and support my favorite local coffee shop that doesn’t offer wi-fi as opposed to Starbucks.

      I’d gift it to my oldest Grandson, who is a Senior this year. He could use it for his stuff. But if I kept it it, I’d use it for my Kindle Fire when I’m not home! Like going to the Beach! 🙂

      I’d give it as a birthday present to my oldest niece Rashon. She’s smart, she’ll connect it to good use, if she can’t her youngest brother can help her. He’s a genius, he gets it from his uncle.

      I would give this to my father in law so he could keep in touch w/ us. He doesn’t have a good connection due to where he lives. It would be a Godsend!

      I live in a rural area. Verizon is the most dependable in this area. I could use this when I am out and about in my community to access the internet with my laptop.
