    When I was younger I definitely had more confidence with my body, but then again that was before I had three kids.  I don’t think there is a woman out there who will disagree with me when I say kids do strange things to our bodies.  From carrying them in our stomach’s to raising them, kids impact us.  I gained weight of course during my pregnancies and while I lost most of it, my body changed shape and I have since gained it back probably because I am getting older.  Yes it seems that getting older means a lower metabolism.

    So now I have to work harder for my self-confidence and that “Oh!” factor!  So I have to work out now, whereas when I was young I didn’t have to do anything to stay thin!  Since I haven’t been working out since its been cold out, my workouts consist of daily walking, I am trying to at least eat a little better.

    Since I love soup, it was not hard to switch to Progresso soup for lunch.  With 40 delicious flavors at 100 calories or less per serving, there is not only a soup variety for every day of the week but also one that makes me go “Oh!”  A can of Progresso is definitely better than anything I would otherwise eat (chicken nuggets, hot dogs or whatever else my kids are eating) so I can feel less guilty about the calories.

      I love cream of mushroom soups and clam chowder- I actually just bough the Progresso Light clam chowder and am excited to try it
