    Get lean, mean, and green with the Turtles team! Join Leo, Donnie, Raph and Mikey as they take to the streets of NYC, where every turn yields a new enemy. Get ready for non-stop battles against Kraang-droids, mechanical Mousers, a mutant alligator, and even the evil Shredder himself.

    I admit I loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles back when they first came out and even though today’s turtles are animated a little different, I love that I can introduce my kids to them.  The TMNT are a great group of friends, yes their turtles, who are constantly battling bad guys and saving the world!  They work together, make us laugh and act responsibly with their weapons by training.  This DVD features eight episodes including Shredder himself!  Really what the TMNT without Shredder?  My boys (5 and 6 years old) enjoy this DVD and like to of course pretend they are ninja turtles.  Yes there is fighting and weapons but it not blood and gore, and its a Nickelodeon show meant for kids (and of course adult fans.)  If you are worried though you can catch the show on Nickelodeon to see if its appropriate for your child before buying this DVD.  My boys love that they can have a TMNT marathon or just watch 1-2 episodes.

      When my son was little he had to have everything Ninja Turtle. His clothes, toys even books it seemed were all TMNT!

      I am amazed at how long TMNT have been around or that they are making a come back. I remember when my nephew was little (and that was a long time ago) they were among his favorite toys!

      TMNT are a huge hit in our home! My husband and I can remember watching them growing up and loving them, My favorite turtle has always been Donni ;)! But now our 5year old is a huge fan and won’t miss a new episode, so this DVD would make a wonderful just because we love you surprise :)!

      The 1st Ninja Turtles movie was filmed in my hometown. My brother’s karate instructor was one of the “bad” ninjas 🙂

      I crochet TNMT hats & they’re a big seller. I also found a FB page that sells TNMT masks & they’re really cute. I’m going to get them for my TNMT lovin’ grandsons!

      When my nephew was little – him and his friends dressed as the turtles for halloween – same group did it again as seniors in high school and when Chris got married – the turtles were his wedding party 🙂 LOL

      My son is now a grown man but as a child these were his favorites and I’ve always loved the names of the TMNT because I was then able to educate my son with being able to tell him where the names came from.

      Having 2 generations of children can be very challenging at times, however not when TMNT are involved. Watching cartoon, or old TV episodes it bridges the generations together

      My grandson just got his picture taken with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and was on cloud 9. I’m not as familiar with their names but i know he likes the one in red.
