I eat at least one of those gas inducing ingredients a day and I had no clue! Well I was challenged by Beano to come up with a recipe using at least five all-natural gas inducing ingredients. I have some ideas in mind and I can’t wait to come up with something! Beano is a product that allows you to enjoy your favorite healthy foods without sounding and feeling like a whoopie cushion. Beano contains a natural enzyme that helps prevent gas before it starts by working with your body’s digestion to break down complex carbohydrates in gassy foods therefore making them more digestible. Beano is even available in three varities so there are no excuses (well other than running out): Beano Tablets, Beano Meltaways and Beano to Go. Did you know all these ingredients causes gas? Will you change your diet now or try Beano?

My son in law suffers from a lot of gas and after reading your post I realize he eats a lot of the foods you noted. I am going to share this post with him.

I never realized that so many foods give us gas. Good to know all of them.
Actually a few of them really surprised me that they caused gas. Who would have guessed.

I love oatmeal and I like Cauliflower but it does not like me. I have always wondered if Beano works. I know that it tends to be expensive. I would like to try it and see if it works.
