      When my daughter was little she loved the Little Mermaid and she wore out 3 VHS tapes of this movie, now she is grown up and has a daughter of her own and I want my granddaughter to love this movie as much as she did.

      I recently saw the stage version of The Little Mermaid, and it brought back so many memories of how much I loved the film as a kid. I think it has the best score of any Disney musical, and it would be awesome to see the movie again on blu-ray!

      I can remember dancing around the living room with my sisters singing a horrible rendition of “Poor Unfortunate Soul”… we all have our talents, but singing is not one of them for any of us!

      I love the littler mermaid! It reminds me of these girls I babysat for that would watch it all the time. I practically memorized the whole movie at the time. I really want to share this with my own little girl.

      We love The Little Mermaid!! My daughter has seen the movies so many times that we have to buy new dvd’s to replace them for over use. They are hard to find. So glad that it’s being released on blue ray now. She carries around her Little Mermaid doll around the house.

      Poor unfortunate souls… In pain, in need. This one longing to be thinner that one wants to get the girl and do I help them? Yes indeed! Poor unfortunate souls! So sad, so true. They come flocking to my couldren , trying spells as they please, and I help them! Yes I do!

      Now it’s happened once or twice…. Someone couldn’t pay the price… And I’m afraid I had to rake them across the coals… Yes I’ve had the odd complaint… But on the whole I’ve been a saint… To those poor unfortunate souls… Best villain song EVER

      I love the music in the Little Mermaid. I owned the soundtrack when I was a teenager. It was one of my favorite cd’s. Actually, I still have it. I’ll need to dig it out. Now I can’t wait to share the movie with my two little girls.

      I have 4 daughters and the youngest is now 14. they ALL love this movie and so do I! Now we have 3 grand daughters and the youngest is just starting to watch movies…she is almost 2. Since we have all the old VHS ones, we are looking to gain a Disney Princess collection for her. This would be so nice to have for her 2nd bday in mid October! She is already in love with Disney Princesses. She is obsessed with wearing their clothes!

      I love it when she finds the fork and the seagull(I can’t remember his name) calls it a dinglehopper and she tries to comb her hair with it. It was my favorite cartoon movie when I was younger.

      I love the Story about Ariel and the Little Mermaid. Ariel wants to be a human and she does not listen to her Father and travels to the ocean surface and falls in love with Prince Eric. It is a fun and adventurous movie about Ariel and wanting to be a human.
