An indoor grill with Precision Grilling Technology? Yes please! The T-fal OptiGrill is my new favorite kitchen cooker because it is not only so versatile in what it can cook but it cooks everything perfectly!

So at first I admit I was skeptical over how different this could be than the other counter-top grill I have, well its amazing! First there are the removeable grill plates that I can toss right in the dishwasher. This is great because otherwise I am trying to juggle cleaning the grill plates and not drenching the whole appliance at the same time!
Then there is 6 Different Cooking Programs or Manual of course. This is great because you really can’t make a mistake! Just slap your food on the grill, close it shut and push the button of what you are cooking!
The first dish I made was chicken, which is easy enough but this chicken is huge chicken that I was worried wouldn’t cook all the way thru. It came out perfect! I had started to thaw it and then read it can be cooked frozen on the OptiGrill! Amazing!

The tray for the OptiGrill is also a huge bonus as it sticks under the grill to catch all the drippings, and it doesn’t move! Other similar products have trays but they always end up moving on me and making a mess. The tray is also dishwasher-safe!
Another great feature is the amazing recipe book that comes with it! It is an actual soft-cover book, and not just the instruction manual with a few recipes!
Overall, the T-fal OptiGrill has surpassed my expectations. Even my husband is impressed and he is all about grilling. Its nice enough to keep on your counter, which we will probably do once it starts snowing here, or its light enough to easily store it away. There is nothing I don’t like about it and I nothing I’d change! I love too that I can do this, as honestly I am scared of our big grill outside. Seriously though the T-fal OptiGrill has replaced so many appliances I normally use.

How exactly was clean up on the OptiGrill? Does putting the grill plates in the dishwasher ruin the non-stick?

I love T-Fal. My Mom’s pots were T-fal and she loved them. I love the grill, the ease of cooking/cleaning and the health benefits of it as well.
