So I used to think all shredders were the same, I mean they all do the same thing, right? Push paper in, watch it shred? Well after checking out the Fellowes P-12C Cross-Cut Paper Shredder, I realize that shredders can be and do so much more!
What I love about the Fellowes P-12C Cross-Cut Paper Shredder:
- Lightweight and portable – so its easy to carry to another room
- Sleek design – its not an eyesore that I want to hide in my office
- Shreds up to 12 sheets at a time, no more shredding one at a time
- SafeSense Technology stops shredding when hands touch the paper opening
- 4 gallon bin – so your not constantly emptying it
- Can shred a credit card
- Easy to use, not confusing to activate
My favorite feature though is the SafeSense Technology feature. With small kids at how I worried before about having a shredder in our home. With this shredder not only do you have to turn on the power in the back but there is also a lock button on the front, for extra protection. Then once the shredder is on, if you touch near the shredder hole, the machine will turn off. Then being able to shred multiple sheets of paper at home, including credit cards, is my next favorite feature. I admit to slacking off on shredding stuff in the past because I was too impatient to stand at the shredder and shred! Yeah for multi-tasking!
Overall, I don’t have any issues with our Fellowes P-12C Cross-Cut Paper Shredder, it works like a beast and does its job. Nothing I would change.

This looks like a nice shredder. We have one downstairs but having a second unit in the upstairs office would be very handy. Thanks for the review.
