Disclosure: I am currently a member of the Netflix Stream Team and this post is part of my involvement in the Group in exchange for receiving a product package.
The 2014 Winter Olympics may be over, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop enjoying family time watching sports. Yes in my house, we watched the Olympic competitions together, but other than that there isn’t really one sport that we all like. We do like movies though and I love that Netflix has this great list of family friendly titles all revolving around sports and teamwork!
For the big kids:
- The Short Game
- The Kid
- The Pistol
- A Mile in His Shoes
- Winning Favor
- The Mighty Macs
- Like Mike 2: Streetball
- Air Bud: World Pup
- Air Bud: Seventh Inning Fetch
- Air Bud Spikes Back
For the little ones:
1. Super WHY!: The Tortoise and the Hare
2. Curious George: George Gets a Trophy
3. Bob the Builder: The Bobblesberg Winter Games
4. Angelina Ballerina: In the Wings
5. Caillou: Caillou Gets Active
And for moms, dads and older teens, be sure to watch The Fabulous Ice Age, a new documentary available only on Netflix that tells the never-before-told history of everyone’s favorite Olympic event, figure skating.
