Other episodes include an exciting boat race, a school play, a train adventure, a day at the beach, a costume party and more!
I don’t know what it is but my daughter loves Peppa Pig. Maybe its cute accent or the bright colors of the show but she gets excited when Peppa is on. This new DVD is great because it contains 14 episodes, yes 14, so we can watch Peppa whenever and wherever we want. The show is wholesome and has simple lessons for kids, perfect for young kids to grasp.

I don’t know that we have any traditions. We just plan a theme and try to make sure everyone is in the spirit 😉 For example, for Carter’s birthday, we had Jake and the Pirates theme so everything was piratey and we were all pirates 🙂

Since my b-day falls on Thanksgiving every few years we always have my b-day party on Thanksgiving. I don’t like to go out to eat so since all our family is together we just started doing it then. For my daughters birthday I did a cupcake decorating contest. The children earned items to decorate their cupcakes by answering questions and doing silly dances. My teen daughter enjoyed it so much that she had a Cupcake decorating party with her friends!! My daughter loves Peppa Pig which makes Peppa Pig the perfect theme for her next birthday!!

Oh my birthday memory that I will never forget was when I turned 13….and as a typical teenager slept in until noon that day…..woke up to find that my parents had hung a huge banner…all the way across the front of our home…that said “look our world Laura is a teenager today”. My best birthday memory was I was turning 22 and I had told my mom that I hadn’t had a birthday party since I was 16 (she wasn’t involved in out lives growing up our parents through a mastery divorce) so year she threw me a surprise bday party. I was 8 months pregnant with my son she cooked all day for me. Even got me my favorite cake. She passed away in September. One of my favorite memories of her!
