Fresh Tomato Pesto Pizza
Ingredients:
- Bread (I used a loaf of La Brea Bakery bread)
- 1 tomato
- 1 package fresh mozzarella (I used the kind that is a big ball that you cut into slices)
- 6 tablespoons Basil Pesto (or as much or little as you need to cover the slices of bread)
Directions:
- Cut bread in half
- Spread Basil Pesto on both pieces
- Top with mozzarella and cheese
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
- Serve in bit size pieces if they are an appetizer or bigger if using them as entree
