Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella and Bread Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 loaf bakery bread ripped or cut into small pieces
- 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes (cut in half if you want)
- 3 tablespoons Basil (fresh or not – use whatever you have)
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Tip: you can also make use of your bread making machine to prepare some tasty and healthy bread for this recipe right in your kitchen with healthy and good quality ingredients
Directions:
- Mix everything in bowl and toss with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.
- Serve cold.

This is a nice, easy panzanella. Sounds good for a hot night. Love balsamic vinegar and would def try this recipe.
