If you’re looking for a gift for a holiday or birthday or you simply want to brighten someone’s day, consider purchasing something with the breast cancer awareness logo. The Breast Cancer Society is getting the word out that there are numerous opportunities to purchase these items to show your support for women across the country who are afflicted with the disease.
There are many kinds of shirts that you can get that have variations of the breast cancer ribbon on the front or back. You can get a sweatshirt or jacket as well so that you can have something to wear the entire year. When looking at a breast cancer shop, keep in mind that the majority, if not all, of what you spend on the items you purchase will be given to an organization that helps to end the disease.
Several designers are creating fashions that are specifically for breast cancer. There are bras with ribbons on the straps and lingerie that has small pink ribbons to show support of the cancer. A chin-strap bag is ideal for the woman who wants something smaller to carry all of her important items around. The color of the bag is, of course, pink. If you know someone who likes jewelry, then consider getting a ring, bracelet or necklace with either a breast cancer ribbon or a simple phrase like strength or endurance. There are collections of jewelry to purchase so that you can have something different to wear each day.
A dark pink clutch is something simple to carry to a holiday party or a special event. The clutch has a cancer ribbon on the front with a small pink gem in the center. There are compacts that contain makeup and sunglasses with pink jewels on the sides so that you can show your support for women who suffer from a disease that has killed many. Purchasing something as simple as a pen to write with or a pin to wear on a shirt will let others know about the disease, and when others are aware, they will be more likely to support the cause as well.

I’m definitely going to take a look at this shop. This is close to my heart, as I’m a breast cancer survivor. Thank you for helping to bring more awareness.
