While my boys don’t know what Titanfall actually is, they do like to build and like figures. K’NEX is a brand that is always surprises me with all the product partnerships they come out with and Titanfall is one them. Yep K’NEX has a whole line of Titanfall building sets. They range from smaller sets up to the bigger Ultimate Angel City Campaign which at over 1400 pieces is definitely big I’d say!
Titanfall Ultimate Angel City Campaign Building Set
This set is a beast of a set at just over 1400 pieces. You need to build two platforms and two 10 inch robots. It has taken my husband and 6 year old a few nights so far and they are not done yet. It has become quite the bonding experience for them though as my 6 year asks all day when daddy will be home to build with him. I will say too they are tough to build. I tried to build one of the robots and it did take me a little bit to get used to the instructions. The way the K’NEX instructions work are each step has the new pieces to use in color and the pre-existing pieces are grayed out. The robots are very complex too with the pieces used and armor around them. The robots are as tall as the platforms which you can use the little included figures on. Oh and you can shoot little weapons by just tapping a little switch, no batteries required. If you are looking a great set that will keep your kids busy this is a good one. Not only will they have fun and practice while building it then they can have their own little battles.
