This was our first house, it was small and needed work, but it was ours!
Twelve years ago my husband and I bought our first house and since then we bought two more houses. We were so young at the time and a house was (is) a huge purchase and commitment. Buying a house can be overwhelming and intimidating, but it is something that doesn’t have to be.
When we were first going through the home-buying process I remember being so lost because we had no guidance. Back then there wasn’t a lot of information available as far as tips go and our bank wasn’t helpful. We made do though and learned as we went. The next two times got easier and we learned more each time but it still was hard.
