With three kids in school I go through a lot of stuff. From gloves to water bottles to snow boots, I have found that if I don’t label it we won’t get it back. I used to think that our stuff was unique or that I’d be able to pick it out of the lost and found but nope that has not been the cause. It turns out other moms think like me and we all buy our kids pretty much the same stuff! So what is a mom to do to make sure no more kid items go missing? Label everything!
Bright Star Kids is a label company that makes labels for clothes, bags, school supplies and basically anything else you’d need to label. You can buy labels for specific pieces such as clothing or you can buy a whole value kit with a little of everything. I love the Value Kits because they feature labels of various sizes which come in handy for everything that needs to be labeled.
The School Labels Kit features 192 labels of both iron-on and stick-on. You pick the name you want on the item, color, text font and even an icon. It is a kit perfect for kids of any age, whether they are in daycare or school. You could even use these labels as an adult! I admit I use my kid’s labels on my phone, camera, and other items, especially when I head out of town for work.
Both the Stick On and Iron Labels from Bright Star Labels really do stay put on your items. They are safe in dishwashers, microwaves, sterilizers, washing machines and dryers so you really can use them on practically everything.

I have slowly been stocking up on school supplies and when I’m done, next up will be labeling them. I’ve labeled a few things so far and the labels are durable and stick just where I need them to. I love the sizes and options for customizing all the labels. Who knew label making could be so fun? I love having these labels on hand for when we get new items so I can label them right away.
