It never fails at my house that we always have so many sides as leftovers but hardly any meat left. I hate throwing away food so I always try to make the most of leftovers and one way I found to repurpose them is to cook a new meat to serve them with. My family is huge meat-eaters and one of our favorite meats is pork.
Now after cooking a huge Thanksgiving dinner, the last thing I want to do is cook more but a HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Pork Loin Filet is super easy to cook and is a perfect compliment to our leftover side dishes. They are easy to cook and some of the varieties are already marinated so they are ready to go.
I have tried them all so far except Apple Bourbon which sounds amazing. I love how I can just toss one in the oven and 30 minutes or so later, they are ready to go.
What do you do with your Thanksgiving leftovers?
