Changing the sink cabinet or vanity can bring a bathroom back to life. Keep with your theme by painting the walls and ceiling. A little paint can brighten a dull space. There are special paints for tile you might want to consider. Cleaning or replacing tile grout can turn a dull bath into a bright and shiny room.
