Yogurt Covered Banana Snacks
Looking for a sweet and healthy snack or treat? Ever thought of combining yogurt and bananas? This recipe can easily be modified to make as little or many bananas as you want. I honestly prefer them frozen as I am not a big banana fan but I am sure it is good either way.
This makes 2 banana treats.
Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Mini Chocolate Chips and Nut Toppings – or whatever toppings you want!
- Popsicle Sticks
Directions:
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Stick a popsicle stick at the bottom of the banana. You can also break the banana into 2 pieces for smaller snacks!
- Fill a bowl with your favorite flavor of greek yogurt. We used vanilla!
- Put the banana into the bowl, making sure to coat it completely with greek yogurt.
- Top with mini chocolate chips and nut toppings for a fun summer treat!
- You can eat this right away or put into the freezer to let the yogurt harden. We tried both ways and they were delicious!

I have been looking for something special to make for my great niece when she spends the day with me. Zay is only 2 so I would have to cut this in 3 pieces. Maybe I should get everything together and let her dip and roll them. Then freeze while she takes a nap.
