    In this fully animated Smurfs: The Lost Village, all-new take on the Smurfs, a mysterious map sets Smurfette and her best friends Brainy, Clumsy and Hefty on an exciting and thrilling race through the Forbidden Forest filled with magical creatures to find a mysterious lost village before the evil wizard Gargamel does. Embarking on a roller coaster journey full of action and danger, the Smurfs are on a course that leads to the discovery of THE biggest secret in Smurf history!

    I loved this movie as did my kids! I was a huge Smurfs fan in the past and while I did see the recent movies (non-animated ones), I much prefer the animated show. The movie is super kid-friendly with its colors and animations. The story line is all about where Smurfette came from, which is something I have always wondered. I love how they spun the story and am hoping they do a sequel with the Smurfs creating families – how cool would that be? We have watched this movie a few times so far and have yet to tire of it!

      I watched this movie in theater with a friend and her kids. It was cute and I liked the overall storyline.
