    5 Reasons to Use an Essential Oils Personal Diffuser

    I am not someone who has ever owned a diffuser really. Sure I have seen them in action and I love their smells but I have always been skeptical over whether or not the essential oils work. I also had no idea just how many different essential oil brands there actually are available to diffuse. I started to think though that using essential oils and a diffuser is not going to hurt so why not try it?

    Here are 5 Reasons I Use a Personal Diffuser:

    1. Size. As fas as diffusers go, there are of course different sizes. There are big ones, small ones, different colored and styled ones and even ones you roll on. What I found is nice about a personal diffuser is it is not something that is going to take over your house or even office. Small also means quieter, especially with a diffuser like the Danau Satu from Utama Spice.

    2. Convenience. Personal diffusers are small and compact – meaning you can use it practically anywhere you can plug into an outlet or even a computer via USB! These devices are meant to be used wherever you are.

    3. Sleep. These are great if you have conflicting oils you like. For example, I like lavender essential oils for sleeping but my husband prefers cedarwood. Smaller diffusers mean we can each get what we want on our sides of the room.

    4. Smell. These are great to make the area around you smell nice. My friend, for example, works around mechanics who do not smell the best. Candles are not allowed in her office and this has been a lifesaver for her nose and it doesn’t scream to everyone that they stink!

    5. Multi-purpose. Maybe you like a certain scent or want the healing properties of a certain essential oil, well a personal one is a small diffuser that focuses on you and the small area around you. Maybe you need a smell to relax or heal a cold or just fill your area with a nice aroma. I started reading about all the various essential oils and their properties and they are amazing what they can do!

    Utama Spice is a 100% natural skin care company based out of Ubud, Bali. They only use 100% pure natural ingredients by applying traditional herbal knowledge to their product selection. I have been using their Danau Satu and essential oils and I cannot imagine not using it now! The design of it looks great wherever I put it and it is so quiet that I forget its running! I am not 100% convinced yet that the essential oils are doing anything for but they certainly are not hurting and either way, my area smells amazing!

      I have a diffuser and I use it every day. I really love this one though and have wanted a nebulizing diffuser for a while now.

      I bought one and while I like it I want it to cover a larger space. Other than that though I think it’s great.

      I have never used an automatic diffuser, but have had the reed type, which are minimally effective in my mind.

      I like this the most about this product; Multi-purpose.
