    Help Support Teachers With SONIC’s Annual Limeades for Learning Campaign

    This month marks the 10th year for SONIC Drive-In’s annual Fall Voting campaign in support for public school teachers across the country. U.S. public school teachers in local communities everywhere submit their classroom projects daily and this month, SONIC wants to make sure more get funded on DonorsChoose.org. Since SONIC’s Limeades for Learning philanthropic campaign has partnered with DonorsChoose.org, $10.4 million has been donated which has impacted over 600,000 students nationwide! 

    With the help and support of our fans, by 2021 SONIC’s total contribution to local public school classrooms will exceed $20 million.

    From October 1st thru October 28th, everyone can show their support for public school teachers by voting for projects that need funding. Then starting on October 1st, projects with the most votes at the end of each week receive funding, while remaining projects get a chance to be fulfilled the following week as votes roll over.

    During this four-week period, anyone can make a difference and positively impact public schools in their communities, without spending a dime!

    I have donated personally to DonorsChoose.org a few times now and it really is a great feeling knowing I am helping out a classroom and getting to see what my donation will be used for. You can search for projects by topics, teachers or schools near you or anywhere.

    Are you a teacher who could use some funding?

    Don’t miss the opportunity to create a project to benefit your classroom and students. Then the community votes for the public school teacher’s projects during the fall voting campaign. It is obviously better to get the projects launched the sooner the better to have a better chance at getting their project funded.

    Teachers have nothing to lose by creating a project and the community has nothing to loose by voting for them and/or donating themselves if they can. I have always been a fan of SONIC Drive-In and love them, even more, knowing that they have partnered to help teachers. SONIC’s Limeades for Learning is an initiative that is benefiting students across the country and kids are our future!

    Vote now to help a teacher’s project!

    Visit LimeadesForLearning.com and vote daily on specific teacher projects that inspire you. There are four ways to earn votes for teacher projects throughout the Fall Voting campaign:

    • Vote once daily after signing up with a valid email address
    • Visit a SONIC Drive-In to get a bag sticker code worth two votes
    • Vote ten times to receive two extra votes via email
    • Share on social media to earn two extra votes

      We go to Sonic often since there’s one right around the corner. I like to get the chilli cheese coney, onion rings and a banana and nutter butter shake, yummy!

      Our closets Sonic drive threw is in Davenport, I.A. They have some really good food served there everyday. Would love to win this!

      Actually, I’ve never been to Sonic. I don’t eat fast food, but my mother in law takes my kids there every once in awhile.

      Yep I love sonic! They have awesome high quality food & they don’t get mad if you want to customize your meal according to dietary restrictions!

      I have not been a Sonic customer in over a year. Its not really close to me but everytime I see their commercials I always say, and out loud, I really want to try their drinks. Fingers crossed I win then I will jump in the car and be there asap to try them out.

      We eat Sonic regularly. Occasionally we get food, but in the summer months we get ice cream or shakes a few times a week.
