I received product/compensation in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
As if my family is not busy enough with three kids in travel sports, my husband decided we needed a dog. We are totally newbies when it comes to being pet owners but luckily I got a great book and there are tons of YouTube videos on training pets. One thing I did already know though is that you need to have a good cleaner on hand as accidents will happen.
Did you know that enzymes are natural, non-toxic and safe around pets and humans? An enzyme is “a substance produced by a living organism which acts as a catalyst to bring about a specific biochemical reaction.” Basically enzymes naturally attack and digest all kinds of biodegradable stains like grass, urine, wine, blood, feces, coffee, vomit and their odors. By using enzymes you don’t have to use harsh chemicals to clean your clothes or around your house.
Two of our must-have products with our new puppy are a good household cleaner and a good laundry cleaner. He has had accidents on our rug, hardwood and blankets so far, but luckily we have been able to get all the stains out.
For laundry stains we are using Biz because it attacks all sorts of stains and gets it clean the first time.
Different stains require different ingredients to eliminate them. Science shows that there is no one single ingredient that cleans everything well. So why doesn’t every brand put all of these ingredients in? Probably because it costs more to do that. But BIZ® didn’t cut any corners… Biz has more stain fighters than other brands. That’s why it works better.
Our blankets are all clean and fresh thanks to Biz. I love how easy Biz is to use by adding it to the washing machine. We have both liquid and powder Biz and both work equally well.
Biz can be used to both pre-treat or just added to laundry detergent as a booster. For pre-treating I like to rub the liquid Biz on the stain. If it is a really tough stain that maybe set in before I noticed or I have time to let it soak then I use the powder Biz.
KIDS ‘N’ PETS Stain & Odor Remover is our go-to remover for carpet and rugs so far but it can be used on all sorts of surfaces including: tile, furniture, concrete, brick, mattresses, pet cages, upholstery, automobiles, clothing and litter boxes.
KIDS ‘N’ PETS Stain & Odor Remover is non-toxic as well and uses enzymes that are natural and speed up the chemical reactions between bacteria and waste. We just got new carpet about six months ago and I am not taking chances of ruining anything. Any little spot of urine or feces I have been spraying and so far so good with nothing let behind.
So far so good that KIDS ‘N’ PETS Stain & Odor Remover has been able to remove any urine stains and feces odors. I actually read too that you can add 1/2 cup to a carpet cleaner for extra cleaning power. It makes sense though with how the enzymes break down the messes so they can be easily cleaned up – it is all about the reactions! I like that I can safely use around my house with my family and puppy.
