    ABOUT:

    McDonald’s Happy Meal Halloween Pails are back (for the first time since 2001!) Based on McDonald’s classic Halloween pails (you may remember from the mid-80’s), these new spookishly fun pails feature the popular Mr. Potato Head and come complete with cool stickers for decoration. The pail handles can even be removed to use as a fun, hand-held Halloween mask.

    Everytime you buy a Happy Meal, a donation is made to Ronald McDonald House Charities!

    Also, did you know that right now for every minute of family time you pledge, McDonald’s will donate to Ronald McDonald House Charities.  The goal is one million minutes!

    MY THOUGHTS:

    I honestly don’t remember these, but I absolutely love the idea!  My boys love their McDonald’s Happy Meals and this way they something that they can really use!  (Not that they don’t love the Happy Meal toys!)  I plan on saving these pails and pulling them out every year, they don’t hold much but they sure are cute, especially with the stickers to dress up Mr. Potato Head!

      I think those are McChicken nuggets not Mr. Potato Head A long time ago they had dress up chicken nuggets as their Halloween giveaway.

      My fav memory was when my boyfriends daughter was 3 ( maybe 4) she dressed up as cinderella and we walked ALL OVER and got a ton of candy. Which honestly we ate most of lol. She looked so adorable in her big blue dress!

      When I was younger, one year I dressed up as a dog, and my mom dressed our actual dogs as cats…it was super fun!

      My favorite memory is going through my aunt’s haunted house each year and then of my brother and I spreading out our treats on the living room floor after trick or treating and trading candy!

      My favorite memory is the Halloween when I was seven. We had moved to a new neighborhood and I remember all the fun I had dressing up and trick-or-treating with the kids on my block.

      My favorite memory was my son’s second halloween. He was Dumbo, and his outfit was all stuffed with fluff. He was so cute and to see all the expressions on his face as we went around trick or treating. 🙂

      I do remember these!!! My fave memory was my daughters first trick or treat and she didnt really understand it and would go up and grab like a whole handful of candy!!

      when i was five my dad took me around a near by neighborhood with lots of houses to trick or treat. He let me run up and ring each doorbell and get my candy while he waited on the sidewalk. At one house i rung the door bell and a dogs deep bark came threw the door and when it opened it was a great dane who was at the time the size of a horse, compared to me anyways. My dad jumped over the fence gate ran up grabbed me and jumped back over before the guy could even open the door, lol. Then he laughed and explained the dog was friendly, hence his angel costume.

      even today this is so funny to me that my dad was so fast on his feet and protective.

      my favorite halloween memory is when i got to go trick or treating for real one year with one of my friends and we got a whole brown paper bag of candy eacy – my parents didnt let me trick or treat usually so that year it was the best halloween i ever had!

      My favorite Halloween was last year. Me the hubby and kids went trick or treating with family and my son who was 4 carried his 2 year old cousins bucket for him the whole time because his cousin didn’t want to walk or go trick or treating. My son walked up to each house carrying his and his cousins and when they asked why he had 2 buckets he said because my cousin is lazy and crazy. In his eyes he was crazy for not wanting to walk to get lots of candy I thought it was so funny!

      Favorite memory, we all decided to dress up has bums and hobo’s, there are 11 kids in our family and we had a blast finding old clothes and hats, tieing a kerchief to big sticks. we had a favorite house that we made sure to stop by, the couple passed out cans of soda, to us that was a big treat!

      my favorite story is taking my son trick-or-treating–we were going house to house and this one house looked really spooky–he walked part way up the sidewalk and turned back when the spooky background music came on–it was sooo cute!! 🙂

      I think one of my favorite halloween memories was the year I was Cinderella. My mom always made our costumes, but we really wanted one of the costumes in the box with the plastic mask. I loved my costume…and my sister was Snow White. Thanks for the review and giveaway!
