MY THOUGHTS:
Once I hear the words “nutrition bar” I usually assume it is going to be bland and dry. Some of them coat themselves in chocolate trying to disguise themselves as a candy bar, but I know the truth. That is until I tried Tiger’s Milk nutrition bars. They are chocolate coated yummy bars that are full of healthy vitamins and minerals, not to mention all the protein! I love them because I am not particularly a big meat person nor do I probably get enough protein each day, with the Tiger’s Milk bars I can not only treat myself but also get the protein I need. I am going to be grabbing for these more and more after Halloween to satisfy my sweet tooth craving so I don’t gobble down all my son’s Halloween candy!

Wow, it’s a job in my home to make sure we are eating right! I’ve been making an apple oatmeal in my crock pot a few times a week. My kids love it, it’s very low in sugar and they don’t add to eat when they scoop some in the bowl! They’ve also added some protein shakes to their diets too.
