    I admit it; I am a TV advertisers dream consumer! Every time I see a commercial for something on TV, I immediately want it and have a taste for it. Strange I know, but it always happens. Now I have some self-control and fast forward through as many commercials as I can, but when I was pregnant I was really bad! Well lately I have dying to try out the new pasta dishes from Pizza Hut because we are big into Italian food in our house, and now we are not even close to Italian. I don’t know what it is, but it just looks so good and I love that I can get pizza and pasta to satisfy my entire family’s favorites.

    Well I caved and we got the Tuscani Lasagna from Pizza Hut and boy was it good! I figured it would be good, because I do like their pizza and I have tried their other pastas, but my husband was skeptical. He is all about homemade lasagna, well not entirely homemade as I use noodles out of a box! I had to order my husband cheese sticks and Buffalo wings because he said he probably wouldn’t like the Lasagna.

    First, I ordered my meal online because with your first Pizza Hut online order you save 20%, yeah for instant discounts! I then decided to go pick up the meal since I had errands to do anyways. The whole car ride home, I smelled the delicious lasagna and couldn’t wait to get home and rip open the box!

    The Tuscani Lasagna features lasagna noodles, real ricotta, Parmesan and Romano cheeses and a hearty Italian-seasoned meat sauce. For just over 3 lbs. of Tuscani Lasagna and 5 bread sticks it only costs $14.99. (Even cheaper if you order online for the first time!) Pizza Hut’s website says it feeds a family of four, but if you have it will salad and bread sticks then you can do what we did and stretch it to 2 meals! I could not believe how much was there, I will say though it is thinner than the lasagna you are used to, but the taste makes up for it. I can’t put my finger on it, but something in the sauce was just so good and tasty! How did my husband love it? Lets just say he barely touched the wings and cheese sticks because he was too full from eating half the pan of lasagna practically!

    Now I am of course dying to try out the other 3 Pizza Hut pastas: Meaty Marinara, Creamy Chicken Alfredo, and Premium Bacon Mac ‘N Cheese. Pizza Hut began introducing these restaurant-quality pastas in April 2008 and I can’t wait to see what else they can come up with! With pasta dishes, especially lasagna being so time consuming, why not treat to something that is equally delicious, if not better, and convenient! You can even order any of the Tuscani pastas or other menu favorites up to a week in advance at Pizzahut.com! And with 6,200 restaurants in the US and more than 4,000 restaurants in 100 other countries, Pizza Hut must be doing something right!

      I learned that the Tuscani Creamy Chicken Alfredo uses grilled chicken breast sticks. So it is the white meat of the chicken that will be in this pasta dish. It would be the one I’d like to try if I should be lucky enough to win.

      I would love to try the PANormous.

      I actually tried the product you are reviewing and the store had overcooked it. All I could taste was something similar to charcoal. I haven’t ordered anything from Pizza Hut in over two months because every time I think of them I get that burnt taste in my mouth.

      I learned that Pizza Hut’s allergen guide doesn’t list all the ingredients in their products, just a handful of “common” allergens. My husband can’t eat onions, and my mother is allergic to black pepper, so I was really hoping to find out if either or both are in the new Pasta dishes. It’s been a long time since we ate at Pizza Hut, so a gift certificate would be a good chance to try them again.

      I have tried the Creamy Chicken Alfredo, We loved it, We actually have had it twice and found there was more than enough for our family for 3 meals out of the one pan, Open a Bag of salad, and some fruit and it was a full meal.

      I love Pizza Hut pizza. I always order more than we'll eat so I'll have leftovers for breakfast. The SOs son is dying to try the Mac & Cheese with bacon. Doesn't appeal to me, but we'll be getting some next time we go.

      Pizza Hut is my fave place to order from…though I rarely do, because I am on a budget! However, looking over their website reminded me of how good their pizza looks! I can almost taste it! I look forward to the giveaway! I must be honest…I really, really hope I win!!

      I wanted to try their natural pepperoni pizza that has been and still is advertised on the web for $9.99, my local pizza hut wanted to charge me over $13. I told them they should honor the web price but the manager said no, that promotion was over.

      We have tried all the pasta dishes from Pizza hut and love them all, the mac and cheese bacon bake is what I call “thigh” food, the chicken alfredo is good but not enough meat in it for me but with the price it ffeds my little family for two days

      I ordered this last week and my whole family loved it. It was great for a last minute meal. Felt a little better than regular fast food and really, it’s cheaper than going through McDonald’s. I served a salad with it and it felt like a meal. I did have to order extra breadsticks as we have 6 people. Now I want to try some of those yummy wings.
