    Now that I am a mom, Mother’s Day has taken on a whole new meaning to me. I used to of course celebrate it with my mom, but I never thought the day was really special. My mom always treated it as any other day and did housework, errands, and the cooking. Now I realize that Mother’s Day should be special and for at least one day my mom should be a queen! So now

    I have the challenge of finding just the right gift! So to make life easier I am shopping this year at The Body Shop. Not only do they carry such a wide variety of products, have great prices and specials, but they also donate $1 from each gift purchase to stop violence in the home. What woman couldn’t use some pampering! Now my mom never pampers herself and never treats herself to quality products, so I try to do my best every year.

    The Body Shop carries something for everyone from areas such as body, bath, skin care, make-up, hair, fragrance, home and more! I love everything they have and I will probably treat myself to some goodies while I am shopping for my mom! Honestly I haven’t really pampered myself since becoming a mom since I really don’t go anywhere so who do I have to look good for and extra money is a luxury these days. It is though so nice and refreshing to look good for myself and feel like a woman, not just a mom. What mom doesn’t want to feel like a Glamourmom, especially if you are pregnant and want to pamper yourself!

    For more than 30 years, The Body Shop has been bringing wonderful natural ingredients to help every woman enhance her own natural beauty. With more than 2,500 The Body Shop stores in over 55 countries worldwide, they are definitely doing something right. The Body Shop also believes that business have the power to make the right kind of difference to the world. By using recycled products, natural ingredients, and raising awareness about domestic violence and diseases shows that The Body Shop cares and is taking action.

    So now are you excited about The Body Shop company and their products? With awesome lotions, scrubs, moisturizing hair products, and oh so much more, it may be hard to buy just a few products!

    So to help 1 Lucky Reader get started I have teamed up with The Body Shop to make Mother’s Day easy! (Give it as a gift or keep it for yourself!) Winner will receive a specific “mom type” package of goodies (estimated value $100)! Winner will receive a selection of products bases on the results from the What Kind of Mom is Yours quiz and it will let you know which products are best! The quiz made me laugh and is going to make shopping a little easier since I have an idea of what products of theirs are most suitable for my mom (or me!)

      Well. I guess my Mon is a Wise Women. I would have guessed Super Mom because raising us she had all the answers. She worked a part time job, made a lot of our clothes and always had a hot meal on the table.

      It said my mom is a “wise” mom, I always thought she was kind of flaky – sorry mom!! She and I are very different though, when I answered the questions about myself, it came up that I was “supermom.” Oh, well, glad we live 1300 miles apart.

      I’ve taken the quiz twice (for myself) and I guess it depends on my mood. One time I was a Wise Woman and the next time a Super Mom. I guess I just don’t know what I am.

      What a fun Quiz! My Mom is a SuperMom on the GO! And, they hit that nail on the head! She sure is, she’s like the energizer bunny!       the reason i would like it is b/c my husband of 9 years of marriage just left our family (2 small kids). easter morning i woke up to a note and all his stuff was gone (affair with a coworker, he is living with her now) and i would love to have a ‘pick me up’. something like this would just be so awesome and mean a lot to me and my mom. i would absolutely LOVE it and it would make me feel special.

      It said my mom was a wise mom, I already knew that, after my dad passed away she raised 7 of us kids back in the early 70’s on less then 500.00 a month social security. Sounds so crazy compared to the wages of today.

      How bad is this – I came out the same as my mother so I’m considering lying about it. But the truth is, if I could be any of them, I’d WANT to be a wise woman, so maybe I should lie about what my mother was. But wait – you didn’t ask what both of us were – just one of us.
