- Go outside and run around with your kids, pet, or yourself!
- Try to exercise even a little bit and work your way up each week.
- Try to cut back slowly on snacks or junk food.
- Call someone and tell them you love them, miss them or are just thinking about them!
- Take a bubble bath!
- Try to switch out at least one of your bread/pasta products to whole-grain.
- Take your vitamins!
- Read a book or work on puzzles to keep your mind sharp!
- Try to cut back on some expenses, which could help with your stress about money.
- Don’t forget to laugh and smile (even if it is for no reason at all!)
