    So both my mom and dad run their own businesses and I know it can be hard and costly to advertise.  Well one way to advertise is through Door Hangers.  I know you still have to go door-to-door to hang them up, but really you could just hand them out if you wanted!  I think they are quite effective though as I tend to look at door hangers more than paper that looks like junk mail.  It is actually an effort to take these off my door so I do read them and if I like the comany, I keep it.

    Well if you are just a blogger or even if you don’t have a blog, you may wonder why you need door hangers?  Well I am going to of course advertise my blog information and probably just hand these out as marketing materials (you could design them where you just cut the door hanger part off.)  Other options are pictures and then give them out as cards for holidays, thank you cards, basically the possibilities are endless.

      I would get the door hangers for our 13 year old son who wants to earn his college tuition funds by doing mowing, yard work, etc during his summers, OR for his Baseball team to earn funds for the new fence we need to pay for on their field in our small community!

      My sister owns a State Farm insurance agency here in town. There are several apartment complexes being built near her office. I had mentioned to her at one time that it might be a good idea to place hangtags on their doorknobs to advertise her agency. I would really like to win these for her.
