    Wonder Hanger Review & Giveaway (Ends 5/17)

    ABOUT IT:

    The Wonder Hanger® is an affordable tool that’s great for any Spring Cleaning features. This cascading clothes organizer increases closet space by enabling you to stack clothes vertically.  Each Wonder Hanger holds 5 wood, metal or plastic hangers.  There are 8 hangers to a package – enough to hang 40 garments. The open-mouth design allows you to easily add or remove your jackets, skirts, pants and shirts. Supporting up to 20 pounds, it can hold up to 5 heavy winter jackets.

    You can use it to group complete outfits or similar items, organize by color or season, and hang handbags or belts.

    MY THOUGHTS:

    So at first I thought the Wonder Hanger would be weird to use and not make that much of a difference in my closet, but I was wrong!  It is a super cool product that is simple and easy to use.  Now I am fortunate to have a pretty big closet, but I can definitely see the benefit in this for those with tight spaces.  I am planning on using it for items that I don’t use much and shoving in the back of my closet.  I will say though I was skeptical about being able to remove clothes hangers while the Wonder Hanger is down, but I have no problem at all!  The Wonder Hanger would even be great to showcase your clothes or to arrange them by color/style.  I quickly put mine up (see below) but with Spring Cleaning, I will defineitely using up the whole 8-pack  to organize our closets.  That is nice too that there are eight in the box and they are independent of each other so you can use them in different closests.

    Overall, I am sold on the benefits of the Wonder Hanger.  I think the possibilities are endless and it works just like it says it should.  I especially like it for accessories (see handbags in second picture set).    I used it with plastic and metal hangers, and did not have any problems.  My purses also went on and off just fine.  The Wonder Hanger really works Wonderfully!

      My tip is to get rid of things you don’t wear. Do this in the spring & fall when you change seasonal clothes. Thanks for the contest.

      Every 6 months I go thru my clothes & if I haven’t worn it in those 6 months then I donate. Keeps me from hanging on to things I really don’t need.

      I have the top of my closet lined with those foldable cube boxes they make a lot of space and keep things organized and from falling thnaks for the chance.

      to keep my closet organized I built in shelfs on the upper half of my hanging section and I can get sooo much more clothes and such in with shelfs then hanging. I use the lower half for shirts that hang.

      I keep hooks on my clost door for belts and purses and my robe. That seems to help. I live in a very old house with tiny closets!

      I organize by putting off seasons in the back or away completely (like winter clothing gets put away in summer) and by using bins for everything to keep it tidy.

      I organize my closet by putting similar type clothing together, i.e. dresses with dresses, sweatshirts with sweatshirts…

      I have plastic bins for belts, purses, and accessories. That way I’m not trying to find them in a jumble of clothes on shelves!

      Every year or season go through your closet and donate what you don’t use. I’m amazed at how we seem to have so much stuff and we do this routinely.

      Keep the closet organized by item such as pants all in one section, dresses in another, etc. That helps me when I’m in a hurry and just need to grab something quickly.
      It would also be helpful to go through and weed out those items that haven’t been worn as they are just taking up space. For me it’s easier said than done. I tend to hold on to things “I might want it (or fit into it) someday. I enlist the help of my daughter as she has less emotional attachment to these things and she can help me see I’m being silly.

      My closets are hopelessly UNorganized. My tip is to do everything opposite of what I do! Ha! Really though, I’m about to use the hanging fabric shelves to organize some of my closets.

      To keep my closet organized, I have a set place for everything. My shoes all go into a shoe organizer and my hanging clothes get divided by clothing type such as dresses, dress pants, blouses etc.

      Keep clothes arranged by season–that way you won’t have to dig through everything hanging there to find something appropriate for the weather.

      My tip is a MUST do for our closet. My husband and I share a closet and we HAVE to store our off season clothes so that we aren’t struggling to find clothes OR fighting for “rod” space! LOL. Having to do this actually helps us WEED out clothes we might not wear often or maybe even clothes that do not FIT anymore…grrrrr!

      Only keep clothes you can fit, donate the rest. And if you haven’t worn a piece of clothing in the last six months, it’s probably time to go.

      I use Space Saver bags and every six months I weed out clothes that I haven’t worn and donated it to Goodwill. That keeps my closet pretty tidy.

      I like to keep my summer clothes in the front of the closet during summer, and then I move my winter clothes to the front during winter. This makes it easier for me to find the clothes I am going to wear.

      I always try to wear my clothes at least twice before washing, so I have a divider in my closet and after I’ve warn the item once I put it on the “worn once” side. This helps me stay organized to avoid washing my clothes more than I really need to.

      My daughter has been wanting me to buy these wonder hangers for her closet for a long time. She would love it if I won. Thank you for the giveaway.

      My tip: Don’t collect shoes like me! Bonus Tip: Anything that doesn’t fit, doesn’t need to be hanging in there!
