As you may remember back in February my family and I had the opportunity to visit Disney World through a Social Media Mom Bloggers event. It was my forth time at the Disney World but it my sons and husband’s first time. Ever since he, of all people, has been itching to go back! I admit I wouldn’t mind it either, but we would definitely need to check out some of the Disney World Packages available. We were very fortunate last time to get such a great deal, but I am sure if I keep looking I can find a great deal. We are spoiled though and stayed at both a Value Resort and one of the nicer resorts (Polynesian) that it would be tough but more economical to stay in a value resort again.
My boys are only 2 and 3 years old right now and actually when we went in February I didn’t bring my 2 year old along, as I wanted to explore first without two kids since I hadn’t been there in about 10 years. I cannot believe how much has changed at Disney World, but then again I may not have the best memory either! I figure also that I would rather keep saving towards a trip and go in a few years when my boys will remember it more and they will enjoy it more. Right now they are not tall enough to go on all the rides and they still get crabby without naps. I also have to constantly change diapers and they will only use their sippy cups, so it would be nice to go on a vacation where I don’t have to carry a huge diaper bag.
So for now I will keep looking for the perfect vacation package and start saving some money! I mean if I found the right deal, we definitely would love to pick up and go!

Funny! I just blogged last night about how we’re getting a great deal on a 7-day *resort* stay in a 3-bedroom suite by booking through Armed Forces Vacation Club (DH is retired military), but that I had briefly questioned the wisdom of booking the suite without comparison shopping to see if purchasing a package deal through Disney would have been better. My friends at church quickly assured me that I did the right thing. LOL! I *am* still bargain-hunting for Disney though. So many options, so little time! ;oP
