    MY THOUGHTS:

    So I am not too good at taking vitamins, but I do try and I know they can help.  I have many people in my family that take them religiously and honestly I can’t keep up with what works for what.  Well one thing I have noticed about myself since I had kids is that I am moodier both up and down.  Now I just thought it was normal as I am getting older and have more stress in my life right now, but after reading about SAM-e levels, I realized I am not alone.  I think it is great that there is a vitamin that can help restore some balance to my moods.  It even says it can help naturally restore a healthy mood in as little as 7 to 14 days.

    I have been taking the Nature Made SAM-e supplement vitamin for about a week now and I don’t know if it is working yet, but I figure it isn’t hurting me.  I haven’t had any side effects either.  I received a three-month supply so I am hoping it kicks in and I notice something, as I am sure I will.

      fun fact:
      Describing exactly how SAM-e works in the body could require a fairly technical response, but in a nutshell SAM-e helps other molecules in the brain do their jobs making you feel like your normal self.

      Hello, I learned that people with bipolar (manic) depression should not take this or any other product containing SAM-e except under a doctor’s supervision. Good to know as I know 3 people with this condition and I’ll be sure to tell them that. My husband has been taking this for a year and I don’t see a change in his moodiness, but he says it helps his joints. Thanks for a great giveaway!

      Sam-E is one of the few supplements actually recommended by Consumer Reports and it really does make a difference without all the terrible side-effects of the prescription anti-depressants. It is easily absorbed by your body and works naturally in your body. Plus, when you increase the dose, there is no sudden change in impact then either, so this is one supplement that you can rest easy about trying! By the way, it’s also a recommended supplement for people with fibromyalgia!

      I learned that SAM-e helps other molecules in the brain do their jobs making you feel like your normal self. When SAM-e levels run low, those other molecules can’t do their jobs as effectively, and you can feel out of sorts from a mood standpoint.
