ABOUT:
The winner of 4 Olympic medals, Mitch Gaylord was inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame in 2006. The first American gymnast to score a perfect “10”, Mitch led the 1984 United States Olympic gymnastics team to a Gold Medal victory. Mitch was appointed to the president’s Council for Physical Fitness by President Reagan after the Olympics, and was asked to return for a second term under President George Bush Sr. Since the Olympics he has train other athletes, gymnasts, and people that have never worked out before.
Using Mitch’s G-Ball, you’ll be introduced to the calorie melting secret of leveraged core action! It’s so effective that in university tests it magnifies your workout up to 200%, giving you sculpted abs, strong lean arms and firm buns and thighs.
The program also includes the Melt It OFF guide, to help you continue to lose weight. Meal plans, recipes, a workout schedule and more are included within the guide. Your personal roadmap to success, the Melt It Off program guide is your place to go to daily on your journey toward transforming your body. This program booklet helps you record your progress, stay motivated and keep track of program components as well as your on-going reaction to your new body!
MY THOUGHTS:
So I have always been curious about the G-Ball, which is basically as weighted ball you exercise with. My mother-in-law is a personal trainer as has a bunch of them that are different weights but I never really understand what they did or how they worked. After watching the Mitch’s Melt It Off exercise program DVD, I have a better feeling about it.
I first think it is great the Mitch Gaylord not only won four Olympic medals and was inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame, but he is now helping others work on their core training. Mitch first off teaches “our strength to do just about anything comes right from our core.” His program DVDs utilize the G-Ball in exercises to engage your core and radiate outward to target every major muscle in your body. It also works to sculpt beautiful abs, strong lean arms and to lift and firm buns and legs.
Now I have tried out the Melt It Off DVD that contains 4 Complete Workouts plus a Motivational CD. The DVD is 2.5 hours long and includes: Cardio urn & Sculpt, Sizzlin’ Abs, High Calories Melt, and Melt in 10. I really like the Melt in 10 as it is only ten minutes of working out but it works your full body – perfect for those days when all I have is 10 minutes to myself! I would say though the moves on all the workouts are relatively easy and I really like using the G-Ball as it is something different. I also want to add that I am using a 2-lb. G-Ball so it is not crazy heavy, but enough to give you a little resistance! Now I am not a fitness expert nor have I tried out many workout DVDs but this is one I like and feel it will work if I can just focus on it!

When they were outside, Misty told them, they made it very clear; no Whitey, as the door slammed behind them.

I ordered the melt it off program. I ditched the G-ball and chose to use a 8 & 10 lb dumb bell instead. Definitely challenging. I like it because there is not a lot of equipment to set up before I start working out. I work out a lot and this works some additional muscles than I am use to. I do not follow the diet plan and tossed the pills in the trash. Hey we all know what we should and shouldn’t eat. Just takes discipline and will power to eat right. I read a lot of reviews about the scams associated with this product and I am now nervous about that. I will be made if the scam is true and frustrated that I did not research it first. As long as the stories of the scam do not prove themselves to be true…I say definitely easy to follow and a good work out.

I’ve always liked the idea of weighted ball exercise but have never tried it. I love that there is a 10 minute full body workout! I am going to look into this DVD!

Definitely nice as 10 minutes isn’t too hard to squeeze in!
