    New Butterfinger Snackerz Review (& Giveaway Ends 10/22)

    ABOUT:

    Butterfinger has re-vamped their 87-year old classic candy to offer new Butterfinger Snackerz.  It is a new bite-size treat that offers a unique Butterfinger-eating experience.  So rather than being crisp and peanut buttery, it is smooth, refined, and simply irresistible!  Snackerz have a smooth Butterfinger candy center, are wrapped in an airy, crispy wafer biscuit and drenched in a chocolately goodness and topped with a decorative drizzle of peanut butter.  They are not miniature versions of Butterfingers, but a delicious chocolate indulgence.

    MY THOUGHTS:

    I honestly am not a big Butterfinger fan, not really sure why, but I did get the chance to try them out at BlogHer 2010.  It is definitely smoother and creamier than the original Butterfinger.  I also love that they are bite-size and “pop-pable!”  They do still have the Butterfinger smell (which I love) but are more of a smooth chocolate treat that goes down easily.  I definitely think it would be a great “must-have” candy for Halloween.

    BUY IT: Look for Butterfinger Snackerz at your local grocery store!

      I will be myself for Halloween. We live a ways off the street and it’s very dark, so we have no trick-or-treaters, and we’re not Halloween party people. So it will be a quiet evening in our household.

      I am not dressing up, but my kids are going as Batman, Robin, and Alice in Wonderland (I think. It depends on what I can find that is reasonably priced.)

      My oldest daughter is 20 and she is going as Lady Gaga–with coke can rollers and cigarette sun glasses. My middle child is going as a fortune cookie we made her costume out of 2 inch foam that we found at jo-anns that was the perfect color. My son is going as a playboy bunny—(shaking my head) his friends are all going as strippers and things they are all big buff boys –the worst part when I ask what their girlfriends are going as–it’s a surprise—I worry!

      My daughter is going to be a devil princess. Sounds weird but it’s really cute. It’s a funky fun black and red dress with little horns and a tail. Cute! And my son is gonna be a SWAT guy!

      I’m going to be a humbug for Halloween! I’ve been working so many hours and am so far behind on everything else that I’m going to spend my Halloween trying to catch up and maybe even rest (gasp)! My daughter will most likely be at her father’s and, at 16, will probably not dress up either.

      My son is being a ninja (again) and my daughter, who loves anime, bought a geisha costume and has transformed it into an anime character. I am wearing an inflatable sumo wrestler costume and can hardly wait until Halloween!
