    MY THOUGHTS:

    We all have our good days and bad days, and this book is a great one to lift your spirits.  It is a book full of 101 stories all told by people who experienced a miracle, see the good side of something/someone, count your blessings, or just realized that the glass was really half full.  I found that whenever I am having a bad day, I just read one of the 2-3 page stories and I feel better.  I would recommend this book to anyone because we could all use a good uplifting story every now and then!  The stories are told by people of different races, gender, ages, and stages of life, so there is something for everyone to relate to.  I would not consider this a total “Self Help” book, but it is in the realm of it.

      This book would be for me. I had spinal surgery this year with a 2 year recovery window and I need all the positive thinking I can manage (especially since my mother has been demanding and unsupportive!).
