    MY THOUGHTS:

    My boys think that yogurt is ice cream, which is fine with me since it has some great nutritional benefits.  Yoplait in particular is one of my favorites to buy since it contains 25% less sugar than other brands, not to mention no high fructose corn syrup which is important to a lot of moms.  It is a yogurt that I can feel good about feeding to my kids.  We love to mix it up with the different flavors and while I haven’t purchased Yoplait because of the characters on the yogurt, I know some kids that need extra push to get them to think yogurt is cool!   I know too I will be the mom that sends Yoplait as a snack in school lunches!  Yogurt is just so versatile, great for breakfast, schooltime, afternoon snack, or my favorite is before bedtime!

      My kids will eat any wholesome, healthy snack if they’ve helped make it or put it together!
      Also, if theres a dip involved, they’ll gobble it up!

      For the most part my kids like healthy snacks like Yogurt and fruit. Veggies are more tolerable with ranch dressing or they love celery and peanut butter.

      I make wheat and oat bran muffins that are good for a treat and for breakfast, with applesauce and quarter cup of choc. chips the kiddos love em. (Me too)

      My children enjoy healthy snacks. I always make sure we have celery, apples, carrots, broccoli (yes they really eat broccoli and raw!), oranges, etc in our fridge with ready access. I do limit snacks like chips and such by only allowing them after they have a meal and have eaten a couple servings of fruit or veggies a day!

      To get my daughter to eat healthier snacks I try to keep the unhealthy ones out of our kitchen and only plan them for special times, like when she has a friend over or something. She loves yogurt, string cheese, fruit snacks and PopChips. thank you for the chance to win.
