    For Father’s Day, shopping for dad can be hard.  I know my dad at least seems to have what he needs and refuses to give hints as to what he needs!  Well one place that seems to be a one-stop shop for Father’s Day, or really any occasion, is Sears.  I remember growing up dad practically lived at Sears but then as us kids were born he stopped buying so much for himself.

    Sears is the leading home appliance retailer as well as a leader in tools, lawn and garden, consumer electronics and automotive repair and maintenance.  They carry all the popular brands like Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard – in other words “dad brands!”  Sears always has great sales going on both online and in actual Sears stores.

    I got the chance to try out the 255-piece Craftsman Mechanic’s Tool Set and I actually couldn’t even wait until Father’s Day to give it to my husband.  My husband has pretty much all hand-me down tools except for his drill and saw.  He was just asking me for a nice tool set and this Craftsman set more than exceeded his expectations.

    The 255-piece Craftsman Mechanic’s Tool Set comes with 255 pieces in a sturdy plastic toolbox.  There are drawers with slots to organize all the tools and the drawers even come out easily so you don’t have to lug the whole toolbox around if you just need certain tools from drawers.  There are also plastic latches to keep the drawers in place so the drawers won’t slide out if you pick up the toolbox!  Craftsman also offers a lifetime warranty on their tools, so I know it is a brand I can trust.  I have a feeling my husband will have this great set for pretty much forever!  Yes there are tools in this set he doesn’t need now but a man can never have too many tools.

    So while I was talking to my dad before about buying my husband tools, I of course was trying to get out of my dad what he may want.  My dad too can use some new tools and I love that I can easily afford a nice tool for him and love the warranty of most of the Sears products.

    Sears will definitely be the place I am shopping at for the men in my life.  Their prices are affordable, features brands my family trusts, and Sears offers great customer service.  I love too that Sears has been around forever and probably will be – it is nice to have a store you can trust and rely on.

      I love Sears appliances. I had a Kenmore sewing machine when I first got married and if the dogs hadn’t knocked the entire cabinet over I think it would still be going strong. Our washer and dryer set are over 15 years old and still work great.

      Sjobergs 53” Woodworking Workbench is another thing I’d like from Sears. My fiance wants to turn our attic into a woodworking shop and we’ve been SLOWLY purchasing the things he needs to do that. He’s got the Miter Saw, The Scroll Saw, The Table Saw – all craftsman.       What my husband loved at Sear’s was the 4 Burner Grill. He stared at that all the time. So, for fathers day, he received his grill. It wasn’t too pricey. We shopped around and Sears was the cheapest. Now, for me I would love to have front loader washer & dryer. Can’t afford it right now, but it is on my Christmas list.. LOL

      I like the Kenmore large appliances. We have a Kenmore stov & washer right now but in the past we have had other Kenmore appliances and they were always reliable. We always check Sears Kenmore first when shopping for appliances. My parents had a had Kenmore washer and dryer that lasted for many years.

      Sears has always been a go to store. It is the home of craftsman tools, which are the tools that i swear by. I love these tools because of their warranty and they last as long as they are supposed too. Sears prices are also pretty reasonable for being a department store. i have gotten alot of kitchen supplies at good prices.
