INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
- salt and black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a large casserole dish.
Place the olive oil and garlic in a large resealable bag. Add cauliflower, and shake to mix. Pour into the prepared casserole dish, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Oh man, I LOVE roasted cauliflower! My mom does a mix of roasted veggies in the oven along with some sort of protein in the mix and boy oh boy is it good!

Did you ever try the recipe? I never get cauliflower right when boiling it but this way it is so yummy – I also love garlic so it couldn’t be bad!
