The only way to ease my back pain at the moment is to take pain killers and muscle relaxers, though they don’t last long. Nothing seems to work for my back and right now I refuse to have surgery.

To ease my back pain I stretch, using exercises i’ve learned from physical therapy as well as wii fit. I also take warm showers & use hot & cold compresses when needed. Most of all I try to stay positive, as stress is a leading cause of neck & back pain.
