My Alphabet Photography Creation Review #AlphabetPhotography

While this is my third house, it really is my first house that I am decorating. Our first ones we knew were going to be short-term and I didn’t want to put any holes in the wall to decorate, not to mention we had no budget. Well now that we have lived in our current house for a few years (and never plan to move again) I have been on a mission to decorate and my taste is definitely unique. My big splurge is always artwork and I love finiding conversation starters. One company that I found that will definitely get a reaction from guests is Alphabet Photography.

So off I went to customize my own Alphabet Photography artwork and it was probably one of the easiest things I have ever customized. I first thought it would neat to have our last name done, but the framed artwork can only be nine letters from them and our last name is ten letters. You can just buy the letters from them and frame them yourself but I didn’t want to take the chance I couldn’t find and mat a frame I wanted (and for a reasonable price.) So I chose the word “Welcome” which is going to hang by our front hallway. Remember I said I like conversation pieces!

When you first go to Alphabet Photography it asks you to “Type your word.” After you pick your word and click Create, you can then customize it even further.

Now I am not big on the first “E” in it so all I have to do is click on it and I can then choose from an assortment of other “E”s.  Here are just some of letter “E”s to pick from:

Finally you choose your framing option:

Since I have a thing for dark wood, I chose the 3” solid wood frame with a dark Chocolate finish accented with gold leaf. It is then matted with a museum quality double mat with a V groove. It gives my modern home a classic and elegent touch. It is even hand signed and dated by the artist making it the perfect accent for my home or as a gift!

Right now, my husband and I cannot agree on where to hang it so we are waiting for our family to come over with their opinions.  I do absolutely love it though!  The cost of mine was $169.95.
