My 4 year old loves crafts but honestly it seems like a lot of crafts available are geared towards girls. My son of course asked for a craft with monster trucks and I thought I would have to come up with something myself. Leave it to The Orb Factory to come up with something that was exactly what I was looking for! The Orb Factory is a company that makes mess-free (well I’m not sure anything involving kids is mess-free) crafts for kids with all the pieces included. Their best selling line, Sticky Mosaics, allows kids to peel and stick foam and jewel tiles to create mosaic masterpieces that kids will be proud to display.
I got the chance to check out My First Creative Collage with my 4 year old and he was more than willing to help me review it!
This set is awesome because it comes with everything you need! My favorite part though is that there is no glue required. The little craft pieces stick on the monster trucks via stuck on adhesive – the trucks are stickers that the pieces adhere too.
You get three trucks:

I suggest doing it on a tray since glitter is involved:
Peel the stickers off so the craft pieces (glitter, pom poms, felt and beads) can stick on:
When done with the craft pieces, just peel off the rest of the surrounding sticker and fold the piece over:
The back, write your child’s name and attach a hanger piece which is included:
Done!
So proud!
Once done they hang up nicely whether to be displayed for everyday or a party. We are actually saving ours to use a birthday party decorations then we will display them either in the boy’s room or the playroom. They are good sized and kept my boys busy for almost a good hour! They were getting really into it and if just one of them had been doing it, it would have taken longer, but they shared. I love the hanger and box for writing a name on the back too! The only issue we had was the trucks didn’t seal closed so I added a staple to keep it closed. Overall though, this is a awesome kit for boys (or girl monster truck fans) as it held their attention, came with everything needed and was just a different craft idea than we have tried.
