Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tsp. butter
- 1 cup finely chopped sweet onion (1 whole sweet onion)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions:
- COOK beans and cranberries in Medium simmering water in skillet until beans are crisp-tender. This took about 10 minutes for me. Drain; rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.
- MELT butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and sugar; cook and stir 5 min. Add bean mixture; cook for 5 more minutes.
- STIR in dressing; cook and stir until warm (about 3 minutes.)
