Disclosure: I am sponsored by Beano in exchange for sharing this information and creating a recipe.
Last week I posted about all the ingredients that causes gas, and I was challenged by Beano to come up with a recipe that used at least five gas-inducing ingrediants. I chose to create Roasted Cauliflower Pasta with White Bean-Sage Sauce.
The ingredients that are gas inducing are:
- Cauliflower
- Pasta
- Onions
- Parsley
- Peppers, Sweet
- Beans
Before consuming this awesome dish though you might want to pop some Beano, don’t say I didn’t warn you!
