    I can’t remember when it started but every Thursday has become #ThrowbackThursday or #TBT and I absolutely love it.  I post pictures of myself and friends and everyone else does the same.  Heck even celebrities have joined the fun and they post online too their pictures.  It is fun to see how everyone was when they were younger and re-live some old memories and trends!

    Well if pictures are not enough to satisfy your reminiscing, Netflix has a bunch of favorite shows that are sure to be fun blasts from the pasts to watch!

    I watched all those shows and honestly I love catching re-runs of them.  I even have the Jem and the Holograms box set of DVDs that I can’t wait to watch with my own daughter when she is a little bigger, for now we are all about Care Bears and Smurfs.  Zach Morris from Saved by the Bell was my absolute favorite when I was younger and yes I plastered my walls with pictures of him from Teen Beat magazines.  Family Ties always made me laugh at how crazy Alex was and I loved the friendships of The Baby-Sitters Club.

      Some of my favorite shows were Wonder years, full house, charles in charge, Care bears, strawberry shortcake, rainbow brite, my little pony, smurfs, jetsons, Punky Brewster, Saved by the bell, 90210, Melrose place, and Friends.

      Some of my all-time favorite shows from the 80’s were: The Walton’s, Little House On The Prairie, Punky Brewster, MacGyver, I Love Lucy, Wonder Woman, and the Bionic Man, I Dream of Jeannie, C.H.I.P.S., Cosby Show, Smurfs, and Scooby Do, Our family’s favorite Show would have to have been Sunday Night “Disney Movie” that came on every Sunday at 8:00 p.m. right after the Lancer Welk Show,

      I would love to see all of the reruns of “Heroes”, “The 4400”, & all the old “Disney Movies” that my kids watched when they were young. (When they moved out they took the videos with them)

      Cartoons were my biggest thing in the 80s – and still were up until about 10 years or so ago, and CGI ruined them for me. No more lazy Sat mornings. Was really into Starblazers. He Man, She Ra, Thundercats, Transformers, and the super heroes were other favorites!

      I’m old enough that there have been so many over so many years (“eras” really!)

      A few that come to mind are: All in the Family, MASH, Laugh-in, Picket Fences, Three’s Company are a few that immediately come to mind from way way way back when!

      One of my favorite shows was Roseanne. I watched it as a kid and liked it, but when I watched it in reruns as I was older I understood it, which made it so much better.

      I loved Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew, too! Also Joanie Loves Chachi and Happy Days. Scarecrow and Mr. King and Remington Steele and MOONLIGHTING!!! (Especially the Taming of the Shrew episode!)

      A show I loved in the past is Doctor Who 🙂 I started watching it when I was 8 years old. The great thing is, I STILL love it and they’re still making new episodes today 🙂

      One of my favorite shows *ever* is Night Court. I hope Netflix has it! I was too young for it the first time it was on, so I’ve only seen it in reruns – and not in order.
